Process

MATERIAL

I don’t follow a single method. I follow resistance.

INTERRUPTION .

Everything starts as something defined.

Steel has purpose. Wood has structure. Fabric has expectation. I don’t accept any of it as fixed.

RECONSTRUCTION

Cut. Burn. Break.

Strip it down until it resists.

That resistance is where the work actually starts.

MEDIUM

I don’t rebuild what was there.

I force new relationships between materials that weren’t meant to exist together.

Structure holds. Surface shifts. Function survives, but barely.

LABOR

I don’t stay loyal to a single material.

Loyalty creates limits. Limits create repetition.

Each material pushes the next until the work finds its own form.

This work is physical. It takes force. Time. Repetition.

There’s no clean version of it.

Not transformation. Rupture with intention
